Fill reservoir with desired lotion
Now replace reservoir cap
remove protective cover from ball applicator side
Apply lotion to skin, using a circular mo0tion, then replace cover .
Remove protective cover from sponge side of applicator to spread lotion evenly, then replace protective cover
When not inuse over ten days , it is recommended that the applicator be cleaned with warm soapy water.
