- Apply lotion to skin, using a circular mo0tion, then replace cover .
- Remove protective cover from sponge side of applicator to spread lotion evenly, then replace protective cover
- When not inuse over ten days , it is recommended that the applicator be cleaned with warm soapy water.
- ***** when using pain relief ointment or medical rubs, apply material between the plastic fingers holding the roll-on balls.
